Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds for memberships, event tickets, and services offered by KonnectX.
By purchasing any membership, ticket, or service from KonnectX, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Policy
All payments made to KonnectX for membership plans, event tickets, awards participation, sponsorships, or any other services are considered final unless stated otherwise.
Due to the limited-seat nature of events and the assignment of membership benefits, refunds are generally not applicable once payment has been confirmed.
2. Membership Fees
Payments made for membership plans are non-refundable after confirmation.
This includes:
- Individual Membership
- Corporate Membership
- Founding Membership
- Any special membership programs
Once membership is activated, the benefits are considered reserved for the member, and cancellation will not qualify for a refund.
3. Event Tickets
Event ticket payments are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed.
This includes:
- Networking events
- Conferences
- Dinners
- Meetups
- Award ceremonies
- Workshops
- Special programs
If a participant cannot attend, the ticket may be transferred to another person only with prior approval from the KonnectX team one week before the event
4. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled or postponed by KonnectX, the organizers may offer one of the following:
Transfer of ticket to the next event
Credit for future event
The decision will be made by the organizers depending on the situation.
5. Awards & Recognition
Awards are purely based on merit, eligibility and participation, and membership/tickets does not guarantee selection unless confirmed by the organizers.
6. Sponsorship & Promotional Packages
Payments made for sponsorship, branding, media promotion, or advertising are non-refundable once the agreement is confirmed.
These services are reserved in advance and cannot be reassigned after confirmation.
7. Payment Errors
If a payment is made twice by mistake, the participant must inform the KonnectX team within 3 days.
After verification, the extra payment may be refunded or adjusted.
8. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may be considered only in special situations, such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Wrong amount charged
All refund decisions will be made by the KonnectX management and will be final.
9. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing may take 7–14 working days depending on the payment method.
KonnectX is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
